By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the terms detailed below. Please read through it carefully before submitting an order form.

The ToS is subjected to change without prior notice.
All image references must be clear and fully colored.
Order must contain image references. I will not work from only textual description.
You may only occupy one commission slot at a time.
I reserve the right to decline commission requests.

Please do not pay until your order form is approved and a Paypal invoice is sent.
Commission will not begin until the payment is received.
All payment must be made within 72 hours after the invoice is sent. If this deadline is not met, your order request will be considered void.
Tips are accepted but not obligated.
All payments must be in USD.
The Paypal transaction fee is my responsibility.

As a service provider that participates in the adaptation of cryptocurrency, the following cryptos are honored via Bitpay: bitcoin (BTC), ethereum (ETH), bitcoin cash (BCH), dogecoin (DOGE)
Please await for approval + invoice before making payment.
DOGE will be honored at a base conversion rate of 1 DOGE = 0.25 USD. Due to market volatility, if the market value of DOGE increases above the base rate I offer, the conversion rate shall be properly adjusted to the benefit of the buyer.

All commissions are digitally delivered by default.
Physical delivery must include tracking. This option is limited to certain types of commission only. Ordering a physical copy as print would incur extra charges in addition to the final cost depending on the shipping destination and cost of production

If you cancel the commission before the work is completed, a percentage of the payment will be refunded depending on the progress:

I retain full rights to the artwork as its illustrator. Under no circumstance may anyone claim credit to it. Credit to the illustrated character designs, however, shall remain as intellectual properties to their original rightful owner(s).

Unless requested otherwise, commissioned pieces may be posted publicly to social media for portfolio purpose. If you would like to opt out of this by making the commission private, a 10% fee apply to the total cost.
When using the commissioned media, please credit me under the name “shiroyanya” or “白やん屋”.
